Marketing starts in the business. Then in the channels.

I start in the numbers, prioritise the work and build the AI systems that get it done.

I work in your business part of the week and own your marketing end to end: the strategy, the execution, and the results. One person, working with the team you already have.

01The numbers

The plan is built on how your business makes money.

The first thing I do is work out how the business fits together: what gets sold, to whom, at what price, and what it costs to win a customer. That lives in your numbers, your CRM and your P&L, and that is where the plan starts.

Input

  • P&L
  • CRM
  • Pipeline
  • Campaign history
  • Customer conversations
  • Product

02The priorities

The plan says what comes first, and what can wait.

It is short and concrete: which channels get budget and why, which systems need to be in place first, and who does what. It is written with your team, usually in two weeks. The result is a marketing plan you can run.

  • Channels

Prioritised by where the money comes from.

  • Systems

Mapped, with the important ones in place first.

  • People

Who does what, in the team and at the agencies.

  • Targets

What has to be true in six months.

03The execution

Then I run the plan, week after week.

I set the direction and keep the pace: briefs, priorities and momentum, together with your team. You stop being the bottleneck.

Momentum

I make sure what we agreed gets done, at the agencies, the freelancers and inside your team.

04The AI systems

The systems do the work when I’m not there.

This is the part of the work I like to do myself: CRM flows, dashboards, automations and AI assistants that take on the tasks which would otherwise land on a person every week. All of it is documented, and your team learns to run it.

More on this in the guide
  • CRM

Pipeline and lifecycle flows, so no lead is left waiting.

  • Automation

Onboarding, nurture and win-back flows, triggered by behaviour and measured on revenue.

  • Dashboards

Built for your leadership meeting: one version of the numbers, ready every week.

  • AI assistants

Set up for what repeats every week: notes, drafts, weekly plans and reports.

05The follow-up

I own the numbers and answer for the results.

We have a standing slot in your calendar. How often is something we agree: weekly, every other week or once a month. That is where we look at what is live, what the numbers say and what needs to change.

  • What works.

Gets more budget and more room in the plan.

  • What doesn’t.

Gets stopped, and the budget moves.

06The model

Built to work. And built to end well.

The model works when marketing matters now, nobody senior owns it, and you want a partner for the long run.

Senior only
The person you hire is the person doing the work. No account managers, no junior layer.
One owner
One person accountable for your marketing, for as long as we work together.
Everything built
In your systems, and yours when I leave.
No lock-in
When you outgrow fractional, I step back. That’s how the model is built.
