Analysis Run

The analysis pointed to two things. Meta ads that could run profitably, and a targeted effort on search.

The engagement

In the order it happened. The analysis came first and set the two channels; the rest followed along the way.

  1. Analysis

A read on where growth could come from, and what was worth spending on. The two channels came out of it, and they have held since.

  2. Video concepts

The ideas behind the videos the ads would carry, and behind what would make people hand over their details. VideoVicer filmed them in-house.

  3. Meta

The account set up and optimised continuously, with server-side tracking so an enquiry can be traced back to the ad that produced it.

  4. SEO

A plan for which search terms were worth going after, and articles written and published on the site alongside it.

  5. Website and leads

The old site could not carry the work, and we decided together to build a new one. It shipped in Danish and Swedish, with a lead system where every enquiry arrives with its source attached.

  6. The rhythm

Weekly follow-up on what is moving, and a monthly status where the bigger things are taken up. The cadence is agreed with the client, not set by a template.

The ads

Four of the banners from the lead campaigns. Concept and copy are mine; the images were made for the purpose.

Ad: risk-assessment paperwork and a packed lunch on a dusty table, captioned “Is this where your assessment lives?”
Ad: the VideoVicer system on a tablet beside a cup of coffee, captioned “Free digital risk assessment”
Ad: a tool bag and a phone in a workshop, captioned “Assessment done before you clock off”
Ad: a steaming mug of coffee and a hi-vis vest on a bench, captioned “Done before the coffee goes cold”
